Return & Refund Policy

For everyone’s safety, all sales are final.


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily amending our return policy. We are currently unable to accept returns on purchases both in-store and online. We will not be accepting any returns until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Standard Return Policy

  • Customers can return their purchase(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase, opened or unopened*.

  • In order to initiate a return, you will need one of the following:

    • Valid sales receipt,

    • digital packing slip,

    • Verification of purchase date.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

  • We will provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

  • All products must be returned in good condition (whether opened or unopened), in original packaging, and with all relevant paperwork to ensure full credit.

  • Keep a record of the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned properly.

  • For your protection, we recommend that you keep UPS receipt for your return.

Return Exceptions


Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that absolutely cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

  • Products that have been used beyond a 7-day portion.

  • Sejong Biotech products sold by unauthorized sellers.

  • Any bottled product which is opened.

Damaged / Defective Items


  • We make every effort to ship your order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. Please contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery at

  • Please supply the Representative with your order number, product name, and relevant photos. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

  • Sejong BioTech, Inc will make every reasonable effort to replace the item. We cover shipping charges if there was damage done to the item during shipping. - For your protection, we recommend that you keep UPS receipt for your return.
